73 SCRI Brand Identity Guidelines 3.0 2026 Table of Contents 5.1 Social Media SCRI has an established set of social media guidelines and rules of etiquette to be followed for all of our various platforms. Social Media Etiquette Because of the interactive nature of social media, there are occasions where users may leave comments or remark on a particular department or patient experience. As a healthcare organization, transparency is key, but there are instances that need to be reported or monitored. If you see a question posed by a member of the public that needs a timely response, or feel someone has posted an inflammatory or inappropriate comment, please contact the Marketing Department for best practices. Only SCRI Marketing is to respond to these issues and concerns. Patient media consent forms are obtained by Marketing for all company-related posts that feature patients or employees. Please remember that you cannot post photos with patients or anything with patient information in it on your personal social media accounts. Violation of this rule will put you, as an employee, and the company, at risk for violation of HIPAA and other privacy regulations. If patients want to post on their personal accounts that is their choice. Interaction Patient Information
