In addition to the Beam, circles
are a main element to be used
in motion graphics. Circles are a
flexible shape, being able to take
on many meanings.
In SCRI's stories, circles often take
the place of a person. Using a
circle instead of an icon allows for
better continuity in the animation,
as circles more naturally transform
into other elements to progress
the story.
Circles may also be used to build
representative objects, like a
clock or an atom, or to represent
something abstract, like chaos or
community. Circles can multiply,
change color, stretch into Beams,
or any number of other things to
help move the narrative forward.
