You can access these when inserting a new slide or selecting a layout for an existing slide. CONFIDENTIAL – Contains proprietary information. In the How-To Guide, you will find details about brand colors, numbers & symbols, and instructions on how to use them. Make sure to delete this section and any unused example slides before finalizing your presentation. Content Example Slides show how these brand elements come to life. Refer to these slides for direction and inspiration. Note that there are cover slides (either light or dark versions depending on the template used) and divider slides designed specifically for SCRI, SMO, and CRO. Please make sure you are using the proper template for your business line. The SMO and CRO cover and divider slides are reserved for presentations that may be specific to these business lines and should not be used outside of these teams. Select those numbers/symbols you are aligning. Under "Arrange", select "Align Top" or "Align Bottom". This will place each number/symbol at the same vertical location and will also help double check that all numbers/symbols are the same height. If they are not at the same height, adjust box/es so that they are without distorting them. Red dotted lines will show up on top and bottom to confirm. See example below. Numbers & Symbols – Dark Backgrounds Used only for stats Step Two – Number/Symbol Spacing: Now that the numbers/symbols are the same height and aligned, adjust the number/symbol spacing. While holding the shift key down, select each num ber/symbol and drag it left to right until a vertical dotted line appears. See example above. This means that the alignment boxes are touching, and they are correctly spaced. Below shows each number or symbol's alignment box for reference. Each number and symbol were created for easy alignment, spacing, and sizing. Copy and paste the numbers or symbols below to the slide you are working on and follow the two steps on the right for proper alignment. CONFIDENTIAL – Contains proprietary information.
